Marcello Nicoloso founded ReManagement recognizing the
opportunity to provide hands-on management combined with capital
- where situations demand action, objectivity and results.
In his career he served as CEO, in BoD's and held several
PoA's to manage clients business getting back on track. Last
stations were CEO of a human and environmental laboratory group
with combined 150m turnover and 2000 employees, applying a
buy&build strategy. Before he was working for a stock-listed
private equity company restructuring successfully the portfolio,
allowing to generate the funds which wer returned to the
investors.
In the last 25 years Marcello restructured
and built more than 70 successful business in various industry
sectors, creating 9-digit value added for the investors.
Mr. Nicoloso has collected an intense experience with Central
European companies and holds excellent contacts to Banks,
Auditors and Lawyers as well as Investors. |
