Case Study: Turnaround Management & Restructuring
Stock-listed fund for infrastructure companies
Lack of performance led to changes in the strategy and the shareholders agreed to the dissolution of the fund and disposal of all assets.
The assets were far from being prepared for sale, hence the "brides" had to be dressed up and measures for an imminent M & A process had to be implemented.
In parallel, the function of the asset manager was taken to be able to control (via a seat in the supervisory board) all necessary measures.
Due to the different sites and a complex structure the project was time-consuming and required deep know-how and extensive experience in the field of private equity.
